The new system has many enhancements which include the ability to categorize leads, email leads, pager alerts, set-up dealer sub users with permissions, and real time lead review / request for lead credit.
"One of the strongest components of our new system is that it allows dealers to report bogus leads to us in real time. This enables us to evaluate lead data much quicker and terminate sub standard lead sources or advertising campaigns quickly", said Dave LaLonde, Senior Vice President.
"It also adds a lot of functionality for our clients, we designed the system to resemble a simple desking log found at most dealerships with CRM capabilities", LaLonde added.
The online software is free to all lead subscribers.
