My attorney stated that i first have to obtain a purchase order from the dealership for the amount that i will be paying monthly for the car i am applying for then submit that to the court for approval (it is not the trustee that makes that decision) but many dealerships and the banks they deal with are not willing to do any type of quote until they obtain documentation from the courts. I'm not sure what to do next at this point..

Question,

If you don't get approval from the judge and trustee, the lender will not consider the loan request.
