Our 2005 Kia caught on fire in December 08 and the insurance company decided to total it. We of course went and spoke with our lawyer and was told we would have to get aproved and the interes rate could not be over 14%. We will not be doing a trade and quite frankly do not have a big down payment. This auto will be a second auto and dose not need to be all souped up.
