I'm looking to buy a Cobalt , but I know I'm looking for a buy and no car dealer wants to give me what I'm looking for. I would like a LT sedan 2009 Cobalt car , with power windows. I would like to get my payments close to $200.00. I already have a 2008 Cobalt and now I'm looking to get a 2009 Cobalt for my husband and can't afford a second high car payment, but need another car. Please respond.
