I bought a new f150 in May of 2009 with the advantage plan, but when I lost my job with AT&T on March and put in a claim I was told that I had to lose my job by Dec. 31,2009 which was not 12 month. I was mislead on this and when I call to find out how to get ahold of the ceo, I am refused information, I will be 63 in August and it is going to be diffucult for me to find another job and keep up on my bills. All I ask is for Ford Motor Credit to honor the 12 monthy warenty agreement as I was told I would be covered under. My email adress is mamalu42003@yahoo.com.
